Yoga at the park
A light version of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga LED class, perfect for those who are interested in Ashtanga Yoga but are hesitant to commit to a membership right away.

What is needed for the classes
  • Personal yoga mat – this is a must-have
  • Sportswear that does not restrict movement
  • Water/tea, snacks if desired
Before practice, do not eat heavy food for 2 hours, if you have a snack, it should be as light as possible and not much, for example, dates or 1 boiled egg with a spoon of butter or fruit.
