Firstly, I am very glad that I decided to try it, even though I had doubts about whether it would be advisable, given that I had never done yoga and was very far from it.
As for the lessons themselves, it was very pleasant to study with you, because you created a very comfortable and accepting atmosphere, where there was no place for a feeling of embarrassment and worry that I was doing something wrong. These mantras fit so smoothly into my daily routine, I chant them when I do ordinary routine things or when I put my child to bed or when my soul becomes inexplicably anxious. They somehow help to calm the mind and come to balance, for which I thank you very much♥️
