I was truly introduced to yoga as not only physical exercises by my dear teacher Rosalinda Gomez while I was on vacation in the Philippines. Since then, I started looking for a teacher with a similar teaching method and found the teacher Sandi Rakhimbayeva in Almaty. Sandi became my guide to the world of Ashtanga yoga, a psychophysical practice. I got very interested from the first day and I continue practicing and discovering myself. So, experiencing how the practice of Ashtanga yoga has a beneficial effect on me and my life, I realized that I want to share this method.
My main goal at the moment is to build an accepting and open community in which everyone grows on their own path but feels their belonging to the community too.
The main result of my personal practice up until this day I consider the acquired love for discipline and a deep, strong, but at the same time calm and persistent desire to live, which continues to accompany me. And it is this desire to truly live this life with its “ups and downs” that I want to share with you. These qualities I consider to be my strengths and, having gone through this path, I can help others. Join us, come to classes!
