Sound-healing
Sound healing is a type of sound therapy, working at the level of body vibrations. In my work, I mainly use crystal bowls, but occasionally I use other instruments too. The focus of my work in these classes is relaxation of the body and mind.
What is needed for the sessions
How does it work?
The most obvious example of how sound bowls work is if you fill them with water and start playing, mini-waves will begin to appear, in the form of a pattern on the surface of the water. The human body consists of 80% water. Relaxation of the body and mind depends on the frequencies performed, and, as in the example with water, the body begins to vibrate in time with the sounds, the vibrations are not physically felt though.
Who is it suitable for?
Sound healing is especially helpful for those who have insomnia, anxiety, apathy, problems with relaxation. The results of a sound-healing session depend on several factors. Those include: the frequencies used, the person who comes to the session and other factors such as space, weather, other people in the room, the general mood of the classroom, etc. Each session is unique, there are no repeated sessions.
Sound-healing classes are prohibited only in case of serious cardiovascular or mental illnesses.

It is possible to freeze or reschedule classes only for individual lessons, with at least 24 hours notice. In other cases it is impossible.

It is important to turn off the phone sound and vibration, there should be nothing on the floor near you

If you hear sounds, sobs or snoring from your neighbor – please be understanding, since therapeutic processes can unfold differently for everyone

Before the practice, do not eat heavy food for 2 hours, if you decide to have a snack – please make it as light as possible and not much, for example, dates or 1 boiled egg with a spoon of butter or fruit.
