Chanting
Chanting mantras. The work here is done on a psychological level and energy level. It helps a lot to remove blockages in the throat, to be able to stand up for yourself, work with the thyroid gland, work with the nervous system, work with bandhas. Also, work with setting intentions and acting on them. For me, chanting helped a lot as an additional tool for getting out of prolonged clinical depression.

What will we go through?
We will go through mantras in Sanskrit, each mantra has its own melody. Together we will practice pronunciation, increasing or decreasing the volume and opening the voice. There are two types of mantras in general - tantric and Vedic. In the first year of classes, the emphasis is only on tantric mantras.

Group
  • Online meetings will be held in Google Meet. You need a phone or computer with a working camera and microphone.
  • Folder, the ability to print out mantras - optional, but I highly recommend
  • Intention to work with the voice, to open to the world and start expressing yourself
In the first 3 days of the period cycle - girls should not practice. Please let me know.

Do not drink cold drinks / drinks with ice before the class and on the day of the class. To warm your throat up, you may drink hot water before the class (not tea or coffee)
